Shipping: Aramex is the courier company that we are registered with. They provide us with full insurance and online tracking. Products will be shipped out with full value insurance.

1. All products are packed very carefully and safely to endure the impact of airmail.

2. The buyer should pay the tax etc. generated when clearing the customs.

3. We will declare the product at full value and insure the package at full value.

4. Insured amount and declare value should match.

5. Customer are responsible for import taxes if applicable.

6. The buyer must assume all the responsibilities when requesting to declare the product lower than actual.

7. All products will be shipped out within 48 hours of payment receipt.

8. If your payment sent on weekend, shipment will be done on the following Monday. We do not ship on weekends.

Inbound Shipping Rates:

Our inbound consignment policy confirms that Drop off services are an option to our customers with no charges whatsoever. If the customer wishes to arrange for an Aramex pick up, the customer should ensure that the packaging is delivery friendly. These inbound consignments are free of charge. Pick up & Delivery is within 24-48 hours for all consignments.
