WHAT CONDITION ARE THE ITEMS IN?

We only accept items in mint or excellent condition, and in some cases we accept items in Very good condition that do not show major signs of prior use. In all cases, the condition will be clearly highlighted in the caption and will try our best to show it clearly in the pictures. You can also visit the branch where the item is on display to inspect the item yourself.

ARE PRE-OWNED ITEMS CLEANED OR RECONDITIONED PRIOR TO BEING LISTED FOR SALE?

We sell the item with the condition as received, and do not clean or restore the items.

DO ITEMS COME WITH ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND PAPERWORK?

Items that come with their original boxes, dust bags, authenticity certificates, and manuals will contain the appropriate message in their product descriptions. Every order that is shipped is presented and packaged to standards that match or exceed luxury retail stores. See what arrives with your order.

ARE THE IMAGES SHOWN ON YOUR WEBSITE OF THE ACTUAL ITEMS LISTED FOR SALE?

Yes, we take detailed images of every product that we sell. We do our best to showcase our customers every angle of the actual item. 

DO YOU OFFER INSTALLMENTS OR FINANCING?

We offer installments and payment plans:

• Through Pepper’s with 40-60% down payment and the rest on 2-3 months and Cash Discount up to 20%from 8% to 15% on upfront payments(Paying in full on the spot). For more information please contact the store on 01155436626 )

• Valu by EFG Hermes offering up to 24 months payment plans, with 20% down payment at the store and the remaining fully financed by Valu (check eligibility by calling Valu on 16671)

• Premium Cardholders pay on 10 months 0% interest (For corporate employees who already have the card please call Premium for more details 16818 )

DO YOU HAVE A SHOWROOM OR RETAIL STORE WHERE I CAN SHOP IN PERSON?

We currently have two stores, one in Zamalek and the other in Sheikh Zayed…with more than 1500 items on display. We are planning on opening two new branches in New Cairo and Alexandria.

WHAT ITEMS CAN I SELL?

We buy authentic new and pre-owned luxury goods that have been gently used with no significant defects or new and longer needed by its previous owner. If the item has been repaired, it must have been done so at a factory authorized repair center. We are selective in the designers we buy and sell and generally do not focus on designers that have a strong presence in outlet stores or discount retailers.

DO YOU OFFER CONSIGNMENT SALES?

Absolutely! We're committed to selling your items quickly while bringing the best value within the pre-owned luxury goods market. With our effective merchandising and market reach, 80% of our luxury items sell within 30 days. Best of all, we charge a low 15-35% consignment fee.

HOW DO YOU PRICE MY ITEM/S AND WHAT IS THE STORE PERCENTAGE?

We aim to stand fair between buyers and sellers, while we aim to bring you the best deals out there. 

 Items are inspected by certified and trained experts, and price is determined according to the item’s condition, model year, inclusion, brands are not highly present in outlets or on sale (would definitely have a better resale value), also popularity of the item, among many other factors.

We give you a quotation for your item EXCLUDING (our store consignment fees, the amount we quote you is what you get net upon the sale of your item/s.)

We offer the item for sale and add from 15-35% store consignment charges depending on whether the item is offered online, at the retail store (subject to taxes &VAT); offered on installments or receiving a remarkable cash discount, or sold during a certain promotion.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY CHECK?

If we are buying your item, check will be ready within 7-15 working days. Upon the sale of your consigned item/s, you receive the amount 15 days after earned, and get 10% bonus if you decide to use as store credit
