Returns

Pepper's Luxury Closet promises you 100% satisfaction on purchasing from our site. We offer a same day (a maximum of 8 hours from delivery) return policy, that is, if you are not satisfied with the item when you receive it, we will offer you your money back. However, items marked as No returns on this item once purchased such items cannot be returned.

Refunds

Refunds will be done only through the original mode of payment (orders paid by cash will be refunded through cheque or bank transfer)

Refund amount includes 95% the value of the item, but does not include the shipping fee or any custom duties paid for importation, nor any additional charges charged by your credit card provider. In case an order is cancelled before delivery, the refund will also include the shipping fee.

Refunds are processed in 7 days after we have received the item.

Items not returned after the one day grace period, and if customer service were not contacted immediately, and if for any reasons item/s were not returned in the same condition and packaging as delivered, the item will not be refunded and will be returned to buyer. However, Pepper's Luxury Closet can accept the item to be sold on your behalf on consignment basis, and accordingly, a consignment agreement will be signed accordingly.

Returns and Refunds: How Does it Works?

Returns are simple! Please contact our customer service team so we can help you with getting the item back and completing the returns process.

Return Terms:

Customer Service should be contacted on the same day (a maximum of eight hours after receiving the item). The customer service team will assist you in arranging the return. Refund price includes only the cost of the item, and does not include any shipping fee paid, or custom duties. Items must be received by us in the same condition as when shipped with all tags intact. If any of the packaging or seals on the item was broken, the item will not be returned or refunded, however, we can resell the item on your behalf.

Please note that we mark our final sale items as No return on this item, once purchased such items cannot be returned.

DELIVERY

The delivery time of items depends on the location of the customer and payment methods. You can check the delivery time of each item by selecting the country in the product page. Refer to the table below for more details:

Note:

*Shipping fee is free for orders valuing USD 1000 and above.

**In some cases, such as delivery to countries outside the Middle Eastern region, the delivery time can take up to 2-3 weeks. You can contact us for quotations and exact delivery time.

***Cash on Delivery (COD) charges are different from shipping charges.

We do not ship any precious metal and gemstone outside of Egypt.

Payment Methods:

Pepper’s Luxury Closet provides all possible payment options for our customers convenience. Cash on Delivery (COD), Cash on Location (COL), Bank Transfer (BT), Credit Card (CC) and PayPal being some of them. Please note some payment methods might be unavailable for specific destination countries or new customers.

In certain cases, for payments made via Credit Card, we might get in touch with you to request for additional personal documents, such as a passport copy or ID card, in order to confirm your order. This is required to verify the identity of the buyer and protect the cardholder against any possibility of fraudulent payments.

Delivery Exceptions:

Pepper's Luxury Closet with sellers and collectors across the world to maintain an accurate listings of their items online. In rare cases, we may be unable to successfully deliver items because of a mismatch in live inventory listings with our partners. In such cases, Pepper's Luxury Closet may cancel such orders if an item is unavailable, and make a full refund if the order has been paid for. The placement of an order does not guarantee delivery of an item.
Pepper's Luxury Closet is not liable for delay in orders because of custom clearances at destination.
Pepper's Luxury Closet will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC sanctions countries in accordance with the law of Egypt. Regulations may prohibit importation of items made with exotic materials (e.g. crocodile skin) to certain countries. Please contact Customer Service Department for more information.

Custom Duties / Taxes:

Our items are shipped from Cairo, Egypt. Almost all countries apply customs duty on import of goods.

The customers will be required to pay the customs duty upon delivery of the items. Please ensure to check duty rates for your country. You can use dutycalculator.com as a reference guide.
Rest of the world: Custom duties applies on orders placed via cash on delivery
(COD), credit card (CC), bank transfer (BT).

Cash on Delivery (COD):

Please note COD charges depend on the geographical location of delivery.

Bank Transfer payments:

We accept payments through bank transfer for some countries. Please contact our customer service team to learn more. Full amount must be received by us via bank transfer for the order to be confirmed. Charges (payment and refund) are responsibility of the buyers.

Credit Card Payments:

We accept payments through credit cards, in EGP for items delivered within Egypt for the amount of the order value. Credit card companies may have additional charges based on the currency of your card.

Pay and Reserve Plan:

Peppers allows you to reserve your favorite item and purchase it over time. Instead of paying it all once, our simple Pay and Reserve payment plan allows you to pay for your purchase in batches. Simply by paying 25% (or more) of the price of the item up front, you can reserve it and pay the rest on installments through the store.
Our Pay and Reserve plan is completely interest free, however, if payment is incomplete after 30 days of reservation, an extension fee of 5% of your total order value will be charged per month. Orders once placed can be cancelled with a 25% charge on item value. The maximum time an order can be reserved under this plan is 1 month after which it would be automatically cancelled.
Package the return items securely, preferably using the original shipping box. Be sure to include all original packaging and enclosed materials including invoice, authenticity cards, and dustbags.
